EULA - End User License Agreement

This software is copyrighted and has patents pending under and protected by the laws of the United States and is protected by International treaties. It is furnished to you pursuant to a license agreement. The license agreement permits you to use this software on one computer only. You may not make copies of this software for distribution to others or for the purpose of installing same on more than one computer at any given time. You may not re-license, distribute or in any manner alter, reverse engineer, disassemble, create a derivative work based on content or otherwise use the software, code or stamps which are or may become a part of this program except as provided in the license. StampIt is licensed for installation on a single computer (single user version) or on a single file server (network version). Any duplication or copying of the program is expressly prohibited as set forth in the License Agreement. By opening the diskette package or installing the program if electronically downloaded, you are agreeing to all the terms of the license Agreement thereon or recited in the installation program and the foregoing limitations of liability and limited warranty as they may apply to you. Therefore, please read the license carefully before opening the diskette packaging or installing the software. If you are not in agreement with the terms of the license or warranty, do not open the diskette package or install the software and return the manual and diskette(s), with proof of purchase, to Enhancement Software or your vendor for a full refund of the purchase price within thirty days of the date of purchase. If electronically downloaded, a statement affirming the removal and deletion of the program will be required for a refund. U.S. GOVERNMENT RIGHTS: With respect to any acquisition of the Product by or for any unit or agency of the United States Government (the "Government"), the Product shall be classified as "commercial computer software", as that term is defined in the applicable provisions of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (the "FAR") and supplements thereto, including the Department of Defense (DoD) FAR Supplement (the "DFARS"). The Product was developed entirely at private expense, and no part of the Product was first produced in the performance of a Government contract. If the Product is supplied for use by DoD, the Product is delivered subject to the terms of this Agreement and either (i) in accordance with DFARS 227.7202?1(a) and 227.7202?3(a), or (ii) with restricted rights in accordance with DFARS 252?227?7013 (c)(1)(ii)(OCT 1988), as applicable. If the Product is supplied for use by a Federal agency other than DoD, the Product is restricted computer software delivered subject to the terms of this Agreement and (i) FAR 12.212(a); (ii) FAR 52.227?19; or (iii) FAR 52.227?14(ALT III), as applicable.
